Kunads reads advertising, analytics and sales data from accounts you connect, reports on it, and — only at the authority level you choose — proposes or makes changes in those advertising accounts. You decide what agents may do without asking, and you can change or revoke that at any time.
You need an account to use the service. Keep your login details to yourself, connect only accounts you are allowed to manage, and tell us if you think someone else has got in. You are responsible for what happens under your login, including what people you invite do.
You keep every right in the data you connect. You grant Kunads only the permission needed to run the service for you. We handle it as described in the privacy policy, we do not sell it, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another.
Where you allow it, Kunads can change bids, budgets, negative keywords and the state of campaigns. Three things are always true: every change is logged with its reason and can be undone; hard limits you set are never exceeded; and anything above those limits waits for your approval. You remain responsible for the advertising accounts and for following each platform's own rules.
Advertising results depend on your offer, market and competitors. Kunads does not guarantee any level of sales, leads, cost or return, and forecasts shown in the product are estimates, not commitments. The platforms' own figures can be wrong, delayed or restated, and Kunads reports what they and your systems provide.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid month. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. If a price changes, connected customers are told at least 30 days beforehand. A free audit or trial creates no obligation on either side.
We aim to keep the service running, but do not promise uninterrupted availability: platform APIs go down, and maintenance happens. Support is by email at contact@kunads.ai, normally answered within one working day.
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and closing your account; your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will say why.
To the extent the law allows, Kunads' total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid in that period, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, and disputes belong to the courts of Vilnius. If we change these terms, the date above changes and customers are emailed before the change takes effect.
