Last updated 16 September 2026. Kunads is operated by Arnoldas Kunigėlis, Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: contact@kunads.ai.
This policy covers kunads.ai and the Kunads application. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, write and ask.
Kunads only reads accounts you connect yourself, and only what it needs to report on and manage advertising.
| Source | What we read | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Campaign, ad group, ad and keyword names and settings; daily cost, clicks, impressions, conversions and conversion value | To report performance and, where you allow it, to propose or apply changes |
| Google Analytics 4 | Aggregated sessions, key events, revenue and channel groupings | To show all traffic beside paid traffic |
| Meta | Ad account, campaign, ad set and ad data with their metrics | The same reporting and management as above |
| Your shop or CRM | Order or deal id, time, value, optionally cost of goods, and the click identifier the shop stored | To match real sales back to ad clicks, which is the product's whole point |
We do not read your emails, files, contacts, calendars, or anything else in your Google account. We do not ask for permissions we do not use.
Kunads' use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Concretely: data from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the features you connected it for; it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models. No human reads it except where you ask for support, where it is needed for security, or where the law requires it.
Advertising and analytics data is mostly about campaigns, not people. Personal data appears in three places: the account holder's name and email, order or deal records from your own systems, and anything personal you type into the product yourself. Where your records contain customers' personal data, you remain the controller and Kunads acts as your processor.
Access tokens are encrypted, never shown in the product, and never written into reports or logs.
Performance data is kept while your account is active, so that comparisons with last year are possible. If you disconnect a source, we stop reading it immediately and delete its data within 30 days. If you close your account, everything is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting, which are kept for the period Lithuanian law requires.
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, its correction, its deletion, or that we stop processing it. Write to contact@kunads.ai and you will have an answer within 30 days. You can also revoke Kunads' access at any time in your Google account permissions or in Meta Business settings, and you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
Connections use OAuth, so Kunads never sees your passwords. Traffic is encrypted in transit and data at rest is encrypted by our hosting providers. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your data, you will be told within 72 hours of us knowing, with what happened and what to do.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date above changes and connected customers are emailed before the change takes effect.
